In ancient times it was ounce valued as much as gold and wars were fought over it.  Salt is an essential ingredient and contains all the elements necessary for all living things. One of my relatives still remembers when they didn’t have a fridge and used unrefined salt instead. The high content of salt also acts as a natural preservative. WATER MATTERS

Many people today mistaken hunger for thirst and unbeknownst to them – suffer from what we call UCD – Unintentional Chronic Dehydration. When cells are exposed to appropriate frequencies they provide the energy for increased up take of nutrients, drugs and fluids including water.
